"Tunog Transcom Tayo" marks its second year at the Metrotent with live performances by popular OPM rock bands!!!

Frost and Sullivan Excellence and Contact Center Outsourcing Customer Value Enhancement Awardee, Transcom Asia Ph, always sees to it that their talented customer service specialists are being honed and discovered by creating the "Tunog Transcom Tayo," which marks its second year

Transcom is a global customer experience specialist, providing customer care, sales, technical support and credit management services through our extensive network of contact centers and work-at-home agents.

I, myself was a clear witness as to how the whole number of Transcom Ph employees (more than 2,000) had a lot of fun and really went out of their way to be there, participate, sing their hearts out with the performing artists as well as sing along and cheer for their fave contestant/ employee in "The Viral Voice" singing contest. 

The event aims to promote togetherness, camaraderie, and to uplift the employees' morale. The night was even made brighter and lively by the presence of these popular and well-loved Filipino musicians and bands such as Ebe Dancel, Mayonnaise, Chiquerella, Sponge Cola, Where’s Ramona, This Band, Ben&Ben, and Aegis.

These are some of the Transcom Worldwide Ph talented employees who participated and joined the "Viral Voice" contest that night.

I must say thst, Filipinos are truly gifted people in the world, ot was just like watching a professional and not an amateur singing contest. Each of them has really given their best and that I was pretty sure that they had all given the judges a hard time choosing the grand winner.

Tunog Transcom Tayo, our annual musicfest, is just one building block in the foundation that is Transcom Tayo and sits alongside our annual CSR activities, our support for the LGBTQ community and our HIV & AIDS awareness campaign in conjunction with The Red Whistle,” said Mark Lyndsell, Transcom’s CEO for the Global English Region.

This is also the second year that a Karaoke-inspired singing contest which Transcom coworkers participate in was incorporated in the music event.

"Our awesome multi-talented coworkers are placed at the heart of Tunog Transcom Tayo and have been auditioning for months as part of our very own Viral Voice competition. Filipinos are known across the globe for their musicality and singing abilities and this is no exception here at Transcom where our finalists will be showing off their talent alongside bands such as Sponge Cola, Ben&Ben, and Aegis,” Lyndsell further shared.
