Ms. AiAi delas Alas and her Aisianfusion Hybrid Casual Resto

Ms. AiAi delas Alas, proud and happy with her newest resto : Aisianfusion Hybrid Casual Restaurant 




This is the facade of her newly opened resto located at  4th level in Ayala Malls Cloverleaf, Balintawak Quezon City 

From the facade of Aisianfusion, we could actually see the upscale design of the resto. Ms. AiAi and her little sister Chef Mira, were the brains behing this cozy, stylish and very "in" theme of the said restaurant. 

According to Ms. Ai, yes, she already has her "Chang Ai Express" in Mother Ignacia, which offers Chinese cuisine, that's why she wanted to have a food business that caters Asian fusion. Here at "Aisianfusion," we could all enjoy different Asian cuisines like Chinese, Japanese and Korean fused with our Filipino food to have a touch of Pinoy taste. Her personal fave among her menus are the Baked Kimchi Seafood Rice (which I am looking forward to try on my next visit), the Kani Salad and the Crispy Korean Fried Chicken Fondue. Their best sellers include the Baked Kimchi Seafood Rice and the different platters (Sous Vide Roasted Char Siu Pork & Crispy Cantonese Soy Chicken, the Spiced Lechon Macau & Hainan Chicken and Sous Vide Roasted Char Siu & Hainan Chicken).

Coming from Manila, it was a tough ride for me going to Ms. Ai's "Aisianfusion," but since I am a go-getter and of course wouldn't want to pass Ms. AiAi and Tito Nap's invitation, I was able to manage to go there. Here's a tip! If coming from Manila area, you take the LRT 1 transpo then go down at the Balintawak station just right after the Monumento station, okay? Then from there you could actually view the Ayala Malls building. I advice you to take a short walk from the LRT 1 station, it would only take 8-10 mins of your time, you'll be able to pass by the Balintawak Market. And as for me, I enjoyed walking throught it I was able to see a lot of fruits, veggies and lots of produce from the northern regions of Luzon and they really at lower costs. 

Anyway, like what I've told you, I was invited to visit her newest resto and would like to share with you some of their food and drinks: 





Pork Katsudon for Php 260.00  . This is soft, tasty and a bit sweet, I guess they really made it sweet to have a more Filipino taste. 



Siu Mai for only Php80.00 . For me, the pricing is just faor enough, why, the dumplings were so tasty and you could really munch on the pork and mushroom, they did not use any extenders based on my experience. I really like this one! 



Aisian House Blend Tea for Php90.00, not so sweet the mix is just right.

The Matcha-Mung Bean Panna Cotta for Php100.00 . I am a fan of Matcha so I really dig this one plus the beans they've used were soft and not that super sweet at all! You can also try their othe Panna Cottas like the Mango-Sago and Almond Lychee. 


They still don't have the physical menu on hand yet, but it is coming out soon so, would just like to share with you their whole menu from the counter. 




One of Ms. Ai's dreams is to acquire many restos that's why she is really into food business where the ROI (return of investment) is good and fast. 

Ms. Ai is now busy doing a film under Viva Films entitled, S.O.N.S. (Sons of Nanay Sabel) with the Ex Batallions which is considered to be their debut film and is set to be shown next year. She's also doing a project with GMA Films and Regal Films aside from her "Sunday Pinasaya." And another one from with her friend Michael. 

Ms. Ai has also said that they had already done six shooting days for S.O.N.S. and that being the Ex Batallions' first time to act, she said they were fine, it's just that they were just having trouble with their blockings sometimes. She teaches them how to act, with their blockings, to concentrate and not to spend too much time with their cellphones. 

S.O.N.S. , according to Ms. Ai, is a comedy film, different from her past movie, "Tanging Ina," where she played an almost perfect mom to her children. This time, she plays a mom who has flaws and that through this film, she'll be learning and showing us how would she correct this. 

A lot has been happening with our Comedy Queen Ms. AiAi delas Alas, right? All I could say is may you prosper more and fulfill pa all your endeavors!!!

Talent that knows no impossibilities



A big voice in her own right, Jessica Sanchez is back to perform with an edgier look and a sound that is her own. Catch up with the powerhouse voice on November 10, 2018 in her self-entitled concert “Jessica Sanchez with special guest Martin Nievera” happening at The Theatre at Solaire.

Jessica Sanchez’s story is one that begins when a shy 16-year old girl dominated the stage with a voice that can go head-to-head with some of history’s icons. It may seem like she was dealt a lucky card, but behind the curtains, it couldn’t be anywhere near the truth. “I was so young when American Idol happened,” she says. “I learned so much from the show, the people, and the experience afterwards. It prepared me for what was to come, the constant hustle and hard work.”




Born from immigrant parents who have established their lives in the United States and being in one of the world’s most watched singing competitions, one would hear many Filipinos say Jessica Sanchez was living the American dream. Some argued, however, that she was too American to be celebrated by Filipinos, adding the fact that she has never set foot in the Philippines prior her AI stint. But it was this opportunity that helped her touch base with a part of her identity that she has yet to fully discover. “My first time being in the Philippines was for the Idol tour. I was so excited for my first trip to my mom’s homeland. It all happened so fast, but I remember it being full of amazing food, amazing people and amazing moments.” Jessica recalls.




The impact of the memories has not evaded her. In the years that followed, the Philippines saw Jessica perform on local television programs, radio shows, and held a concert for her freshman album. Her constant appearance has prompted most to wonder whether she will be back again, or maybe stay for good. Although with no certainty just yet, Jessica shares, “I try to visit at least once a year. Despite the fragility that her youth has handed, her voice set her apart – a voice that commands and resists to be contained. And just as what her Pinoy compatriots do best, she persisted with an awakened innate resiliency - a Filipino quality that ultimately shaped her. She says that times have changed, and minds are more open, especially in the business of entertainment. Truly, Hollywood has seen an influx of Filipino heritage gracing its regal red carpets. Apl de Ap of the popular group Black Eyed Peas – someone who Jessica considers as a friend – is one that has made a dent in the once highly exclusive music industry, and has at the same time, continued to wave the three stars and the sun. “It’s been harder in the past for Asian Americans to make a name in the industry, but I feel that now, it isn’t impossible.”

Believing that Filipino talent knows no impossibilities, Solaire’s Director for Entertainment Audie Gemora shares what’s special about this concert, “We were all witness to how Jessica rose above every challenge she had to face in the cutthroat Hollywood scene. A very successful World Chicken and Egg Day Celebration by Bounty Fresh

The Bounty Fresh World Chicken and Egg Day held at the TriNoma Activity Center brought fun for the whole family through cooking demos, games, chicken and egg-related on-ground activities and prizes.

Sylvia L. Chen, Vice President for Sales – Bounty Farms, Inc. and Ma. Theresa Chen and Senior Vice President for Sales of Bounty Fresh Food, Inc.  led the opening of the grounds for the grand bounty of OctoberFresh – the 2018 World Chicken and Egg Day Celebration at the TriNoma Activity Center.

It all began, when Chicky's egg went missing... Chicky and her egg were situated on top of a building along Timog Ave. corner EDSA in Quezon City. Almost every regular passersby, commuters or bystanders even residents near the area have noticed that Chicky's egg wasn't beside her anymore... with that, the hunt for Chicky's egg began.

I guess that really sparked curiosity among the netizens and it was very evident by the huge crowd's turnout during the "World Chicken and Egg Day" celebration.
