Winwyn Marquez is Best Actress for her Feature Film "Nelia" at the International Film Festival Manhattan 2022

Truly, when it rains, it pours... and this is so evidently real with Winwyn Marquez who has just recently won the Best Actress award for her Feature Film entitled "Nelia" at the International Film Festival Manhattan 2022 in New York.
"Nelia," produced by AQ Prime Stream Production which handles Filipino entertainment through excellence, efficiency and innovative services. The film is directed by Lester Dimaranan.

The 12th IFFM (International Film Festival Manhattan) Awards Opening Night Ceremony 2022 was held last October 13, 2022 at the Kalayaan Hall, Philippine Center, 556 5th Ave., New York City, USA.
This is Winwyn's first acting award that's why she really couldn't believe when she has learned about this very great news! Thus, she shared her feelings:
“Siyempre ang sarap ng feeling na na-recognize bilang actress this time, lalo na international. Hindi ko alam kung ano ang ire-react ko, kung sisigaw ba ako or maiiyak ako kasi nung nalaman ko nagpapatulog ako ng baby, e. So nung tinext ako, inaantay ko pa na baka... ‘Totoo ba?’ Or baka joke time or baka bawiin pa, baka mali yung sinabing name!"
When asked about the reaction of her actress/mom Alma Moreno... she narrated:
"Happy siya kasi ako meron, pero sabi ko sa kanya, ‘It’s not about the awards, it’s how long you are in the industry.’ Until now nandito siya. So kahit gaano kadaming award meron ka kung wala ka na sa showbiz after that wala rin. “So sabi ko, ‘Ma, ang gusto kong mangyari is I’ll be in the industry 'till I’m sixty-two, sixty-three!’
“Yung matatandaan ako. Kahit wala akong award pero yung magawa ko yung nagawa nyo, kayo ni Daddy. So iyon yung nasa isip ko.
HER LUCKY CHARM
When we had a presscon for Nelia, last year, Winwyn has proudly announced to the public that she's five months going on her 6th month pregnancy with Luna. And now that she'd won the Best Actress award, and Luna is almost six months old now, she was so very ecstatic to share to us that her lovely daughter is her Lucky Charm.
A lot of blessings and opportunities are really pouring on her and that she's currently filming the horror movie "Ligalig" with no other than the Superstar and National Artist for Film and Broadcast herself, Ms. Nora Aunor, also with Ms. Snooky Serna and Allen Dizon among others under AQ Prime Productions.
