Just recently, the New San Jose Builders, led by Co-Chairman Dr. Isagani Germar, President Engr. Cesar Sanqui, and Executive Vice President Ms. Lorelie Urcia, officially launched the brand's picture of a beautiful lifestyle through its new project, Victoria Arts & Theater Tower.

A 53-storey Victoria Arts and Theater Tower that will give another way to appreciate art in one’s residential address will rise on Timog Ave., in Diliman, Quezon City.
Victoria Arts and Theater Tower is a mixed-use residential and commercial building with six floors for commercial establishments, four floors for a hotel with 98 rooms, and 27 residential floors with1,316 residential units.
Sizes of the units are from 22 sq.m. for the studio-type, 32 sq.m. for one bedroom units, 44 sq.m. for two-bedroom units, and 66 sq.m for the three-bedroom units. Buyers can also combine more than three units depending on their preference and ideal unit cut.
There will also be 11 levels for parking for the residents in the tower; six at the podium and five at the basement.
Art works, mainly paintings, will be displayed at the lobby where the architecture is designed to support the museum mood.
The tower stands on a 2,880.10 sq.m. lot offering premier amenities such as a multi purpose hall and a swimming pool; and commercial spaces like bars, theaters, studios and an auditorium. And on top of the tower will be a sky garden and a helipad. Moreover, the Manuel L. Quezon University will also be located in the Victoria Arts and Theater Tower’s allotted commercial space, bringing quality education right at the doorsteps of the future residents.
Art will be celebrated in many forms at the mini amphitheater, art studio, recording studio and auditorium. The Victoria Arts & Theater Tower stands in the proximity of hospitals like the Capitol Medical Center; churches, government institutions like SSS and LTO; and malls, among them SM North Edsa, Trinoma, Centris and Fishermall.
