Goodah!!! has new Lenten food offering, it's the Sinigang na Boneless Bangus sa Miso 

Filipinos love to eat! And here in the Philippines, we are all fond of this kind of fish called "bangus" or otherwise known as milkfish. As it name implies, bangus has a milky and creamy taste that everyone always look forward to eat despite the fact that it has lots of bones. 

But this time, Goodah!!! has made our dining experience more convenient by offering us this Lenten season, their Boneless Bangus. It was prepared into four equal cuts, fried to crispy perfection with bunch of veggies like kangkong (water spinach), raddish, red tomatoes, okra, string beans and green finger chili. Ohhh of course not to forget the soury and flavorful miso soup especially made by Goodah!!! 

Bangus or milkfish is one versatile fish. We could just fry it plainly or marinate it with vinegar, crushed garlic, pepper, salt and a little sugar to taste then split it open (daing) then fry, we can even have it stuffed (rellenong bangus), smoked (tinapa), and of course have it cooked like Sinigang. Taking out the bones out was quite a tough act that's why, I am so happy that Goodah!!! has made this Sinigang na Boneless Bangus sa Miso. It's also perfect for this Lenten season when meat dishes are limited for thosr who are fasting or abstaining.

Lenten season or not, Goodah!!!'s new dish BBM or the Sinigang na Boneless Bangus sa Miso can be best paired to another Goodah!!!'s well-love Lumpiang Shanghai and plain rice! 

This is what I call Goodah-rrific!!! 

The Sinigang na BBM (Boneless Bangus Miso) is only Php199.00 for ala Carte and if you're dining with your family or friends of 2-3, you can avail it for Php229.00 with rice and drinks included! Such a recommendation, you get to eat savory Filipino dish at a very reasonable price. For now, this new dish will be running and offered in all seven Goodah!!! branches for around three months or it depends.
