Augusto "Boboy" Syjuco filed a complaint against SSS officials

KBL Presidential candidate Augusto "Boboy" Syjuco filed has filed a complaint against the SSS officials last January 18, 2016 at the Ombudsman

A very timely and generous act of concern from KBL Presidential candidate Augusto "Boboy" Syjuco otherwise known as "Tito Boboy," has occurred last January 18, 2016, Monday at the office of the Ombudsman when he filed a complaint against the SSS officials.

Here's the partial statement that was indicated in his complaint:

Pensionadong Api.

For Year 2014, our Social Security System (SSS) paid 116 million pesos to its 34 Commissioners, Executive Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and Vice Presidents, compared to its more than 2 million Pensioners!
In 2014, Payments given to Pensioners were only 102 billion pesos, compared to salaries and bonuses of its top 34 Executives who were paid 116 million pesos, or .09% thereof, as enumerated hereunder.
I am specifically charging the nine (9) persons, including John Does and Jane Does that I related in my aforesaid complaint of January 18, 2016: for Graft & Corruption, financial abuse of their positions without any sense of propriety nor conscience, and outright dishonesty;

I am also charging those others of them included in the following list enumerated hereunder (which I opted to withheld) with the same aforesaid crimes evidenced by the following information.

And in connection with this also, Tito Boboy's camp has also released this article:

Sobrang Sakim Sa Sistema
Kabalikat mo sa Kamatayan

Bankrupted by Corruption, our Social Security System (SSS) is a milk-ing cow that is skin and bones, its four legs stretched out to the sky, in abject surrender. Its tail does not move.
Truth faces us now, instead of later, when it will be a more sinister and deadly time bomb.

Like cancer, truth finds its way out in the worst of times.
Truth is truth, and it cannot be hidden. So too, it carries its own
urgency that cannot be postponed. What’s there is there.
What’s gone is gone.

The government’s responsibility is to cover the Social Security Fund with a sovereign guarantee. It must infuse subsidy and help employers to carry the burden of providing workers a meaningful retirement benefit.

Opportunists from Congress and those other do-gooders who want to grab public limelight and look good for the camera and the press, please beware, your look-good posture will be gravely resented by Aquino, because you are doing this at his expense. Simply put, you are embarrassing him, putting him to shame to pay up with money he simply cannot obtain.

It is beyond the ability of President Nonoy Aquino to provide a P2,000 across the board increase to SSS members simply because if he does so, at this point in time, the SSS will have to close down as a casualty before the end of Aquino’s term.

On the other hand, if Aquino postpones or diminishes it for whatever reason or alibi, there will still be one year more before the SSS Fund dries up after Aquino’s term, thereby passing-on the catastrophe a few months into the next administration.

President Aquino said SSS funds would dry up by 2029 if the P2,000 pension increase would be implemented. THIS IS MISLEADING. SSS WILL DRY UP IN THREE MONTHS IF THE ADDITIONAL P2,000 INCREASES ARE GIVEN, NOT IN 2029!
AND IF NOT GIVEN, SSS WILL DRY UP IN ONE YEAR UNDER THE NEXT ADMINISTRATION!

There are 32 million SSS workers in the private sector that are in im-minent danger of being cut-off from the retirement lifeline and this will tumble down our whole economy, like Humpty-Dumpty’s great fall.

Unless something is done to arrest the bleeding, SSS contributors — workers and employers — need support to remain viable. But gov-ernment has no available money to subsidize the fund because it is overspending way beyond its means. And if it prints more money, there will be a galloping inflation on prices of the most basic goods and essential services, so help us God.

So, where will the government get the money, when already trillions of pesos are carted away as dole-outs for their plundered Priority Devel-opment Assistance Program (PDAF), Development Acceleration Pro-gram (DAP), Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) programs and an ava-lanche of election expenses for the administration’s electoral 2016 candidates?

SSS losses have accumulated to their worst ever. According to a Senior SSS Investment Executive, the grim reality for our pensioners.

--End--

On my opinon, Whatever this issue will lead us, and whatever outcome of the brave action that Tito Boboy has undertaken, I just hope and pray that, if there were real corrupt odficials and responsible for the losses not only in the SSS department but of the pensioners and their families as well, who also rely on the pensions they receive, may those guilty people be given due punishments and that the deserving pensioners may also be given the amount they duly deserve. This has been a long overdue issue already.

Let fair justice prevail.

"Tito Boboy" Syjuco and his visions...

Augusto L. Syjuco, Jr. aka "Tito Boboy" is one of the presidential candidates this coming  May 2016 elections

Honestly, I've only known Sir Augusto L. Syjuco Jr. before as the Director General of TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority), and I am pretty aware that during his term, (2004-2010), he was a very effective director and has been very active in promoting various training skills to let the Filipinos be aware that TESDA can really aid in improving our lives.

He was also known to be the father of Ladderized Educarional Program, empowering 11,742,200+ graduates with his free Tech-Voc Scholarships.

Last Saturday, January 9, 2016, I was one of the privileged bloggers who was invited by his office. I was so surprised to know that, "Tito Boboy," was really inspired by his Tech-Voc program, contributing to one of his major advocacies and vision is to make our nation acquire the fastest internet in the world!

During our intimate dinner with the KBL Presidential candidate, he was also keen about giving FREE Education for ALL! He is so positive to implement this, (if he'll be elected), on Day 1. Under this vision, he enumerated these essential points:

Younger Tito Boboy

I guess Tito Boboy, must have really love and appreciate education that much, since from his records, he was really an achiever and excels in everything he does. No wonder his parents were so proud of him, and we can account to that, having grew up with such great values by his loving parents.

DAY 2: Tito Boboy's so firm and confident enough to start enhancing our country, Philippines to be the "Jobs Capital of the World," His keypoints were as follows:

As I've mentioned above, though we think that it is such a big, big dream and a next to impossible thing to achieve, Tito Boboy's affirmative about the Philippines, being the Number 1 Business Process Outsourcing Internet Services provider in the world even at present and for the coming years!

despite lost opportunities of  $45 billion that would also have increased our 1.3 billion employees by an additional 1.04 billion employees to 2.34 billion. Tito Boboy even shared to us that evening that, we succeeded despite having 1 of the notoriously SLOWEST broadband speed in Asia at 3.6 megabits per second, compared, say, to Singapore's 69.69 mbps, which is 19 times faster than we are.

As part of his advocacy, he said he will ensure that we're going to have the fiber optic INTERNET PHILIPPINES BACKBONE in the year 2017 that will be the fastest internet speed in the world!

You may be thinking that it could really be that ambitious but I guess, if a dedicated ruler would really want to pursue and implement such acts of progress for the benefit of the whole nation, nothing is impossible.

Tito Boboy Syjuco, official Presidential candidate for May 2016 Elections

Way to go Tito Boboy! Thank you for having us and being such a good company. (Ptc Cherryl Luis)

Here's looking forward to hear more of your presidential platforms in the near future.

More power Tito Boboy!
Mabuhay Ka!!!

Worry no more about those post-Christmas pounds

With the abundance of delicious food last Christmas and New Year’s Eve, it’s not surprising that most have gained a few pounds over the holidays. There’s nothing wrong with taking a well-deserved break from diets and weight-loss goals to enjoy the season, but now it’s over, it’s time to go back to healthy living.

An easy yet delicious way of returning to a healthy regimen is juice cleansing. By consuming fresh fruit and vegetable juice as part of a diet program, the body is able to get rid of built-up toxins from unhealthy food and habits. It also helps the body absorb the nutrients it needs to jump-start metabolism for weight loss.

Make juicing so much easier by using a power juicer that can provide you with everything you need and more. As a leader in health and wellness, Philips, a leader in health and well being,  has come up with the Viva Collection Juicer—the perfect appliance for both beginners and long-time juice enthusiasts.

Thanks to its 700 W motor, fruits are effectively blended, mixed, and crushed, creating up to two liters of juice in one go. Its 75 mm extra-large feeding tube allows you to juice larger fruit and vegetables such as apples, carrots, and beetroots without pre-cutting. Every use results in the maximum amount of juice with minimum fuss.

The Philips Juicer is as easy to clean as it is easy to use. Regular juicers often make cleanup very difficult since a lot of pulp fibers get stuck in the sieve. With the Philips Juicer’s QuickClean technology, the entire surface of the sieve is smooth, allowing for the quick removal of fibers with only a standard kitchen sponge. Pulp collection is also convenient since everything goes to the pulp container; you don’t have to remove pulp in other parts of the appliance.

“We at Philips believe in the power of home-made food and how it can change the lives of consumers. That’s why we continue to create products that make it easier to prepare delicious and healthy food,” says Reah Ronsayro, Business Development Manager for kitchen appliances. “The Philips Viva Collection Juicer is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the benefits of juicing, especially after the holidays. The Juicer ensures that consumers get delicious juice with every single use, making it the perfect gift for any health buff out there.”

Available at leading retail stores. To learn more about Philips products, log on to www.philips.com.ph or check the Philips Home Living Philippines facebook fan page.

Breathe Easy with RespoKare, the World’s First US FDA-Cleared Anti-Viral Face Mask

The “-ber” months may have passed, but we are still in the middle of what is known as “cough and cold” season: changes in weather and temperature make people more vulnerable to problems such as cough and the common cold, which, while curable over time, make it difficult for a person to keep up with the demands of everyday life. Prevention being the best cure, as many a doctor would say, it is important to have some sort of everyday protection, not only against dust and smoke, but also from viruses and bacteria, to keep these and many other respiratory problems away.

Understanding this need for effective protection, Innonix Technologies, Inc. has developed the first and the only anti-viral face mask approved by U.S. Food and Drug Administration (US FDA). The end result is RespoKare, a face mask specially made to offer protection not only from your everyday dust, soot, and other respiratory irritants and allergens, but from harmful germs as well. RespoKare’s protective layers work to neutralize airborne germs—unlike other face masks which generally only act as particle filters—to keep wearers safe from a multitude of problems.

At the heart of RespoKare’s technology is its four layers, each of which exercises a particular function. The outermost layer, composed of spun-bond PPE with a hydrophilic and acidic coating, effectively traps and denatures the cell structures of bacteria and viruses. The second layer is unique to this product: a germ-killing layer, composed of dyed rayon with metallic ions, effectively neutralizes even the most harmful of airborne germs. A third, non-active layer of melt-blown PPE acts as a filter for finer particles. Finally, a fourth layer, composed of spun-bond PPE, acts as a final barrier, and ensures that prolonged skin contact does not result in irritation and other similar side effects.
RespoKare’s unique anti-viral properties also make it particularly effective against diseases such as H1N1 flu, SARS and MERS-CoV, among others. Without proper protection, people not only unwittingly get these diseases, they also spread them around, making things worse. Even the World Health Organization (WHO), along with many governments which have existing guidelines regarding such outbreaks, now recommend face masks as standard procedure when such outbreaks occur.

Respokare has started to be available in the Mercury Drug chain of over 1,000 stores nationwide. RespoKare is distributed by IDS Medical Systems Philippines on behalf of Innonix Technologies, Inc. It is also available in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

To date, RespoKare is the only anti-viral face mask cleared by the US FDA, with all materials used classified as “Generally Recognized as Safe” by the agency.
