Free First Family Photo that can last a lifetime from Pampers

Photographs...pictures... printed photos...  whatever we call it, it all boils down to one very essential thing---- Captured memories. Memories that'll last a lifetime, memories that cannot be replaced, copied nor repeated. That is how important photographs are. Each picture is so unique and that makes it very interesting for the subject and the photographer. So we just have to seize every moment for it will not happen again.

As I was browsing, I've stumbled upon several quotes about photography/ printed photos. I wanna share you some!

"Looking at old photographs brings back memories and makes us feel nostalgic; it is like time machine bringing us to the time and places where we can see and feel everything in details."

"Photography is a way of feeling, of touching and loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever... it remembers little things long after you have forgotten." --- Aaron Siskind

"Photography is the beauty of life captured." --- Tara Chisholm

I, myself have also realized the importance of printed photos. In my case, our father had left us, he was reunited with his Creator in the year 1986. Aside from the unforgettable memories and cherished moments that he'd imprinted on us, the photos that we had when he was still here forever lingers.

Baguio trip with family and relatives taken last May 10, 1986

My dad was the one in the middle wearing sunglasses, mom on his right, on his left is of course that was yours truly, next to my mom was my sister Didith behind her was our brother Jondie and Dad was holding our youngest cute little sister, Love. With us was our relatives Tita Amor, cousin Paul and family friend John. Look at the old Mines View Park before, it slowly developed right into my eyes since I often visit Baguio, the City of Pines! And every time I go here, I always cherish and reminisce this particular scene while creating new memories again for us to keep forever. See? This printed photo really reminded me of  everyone and everything that happened and what's beyond picture..

Actually this is one of the last few pictures taken with our dad, because he left us at that same year, three months after our Baguio trip. Such a very momentous family trip.

I'd like to share with you one of our family portraits

(L-R): My beautiful bff/sister Didith, gorgeous Mom Tessie, handsome brother Jondie, handsome Daddy Eddie and candid Me (not looking at the cam haha). This was taken last May, 1979 during my Aunt Malou and Uncle Sonny's wedding reception at Holiday Inn in Manila.

As you can see, this is a case of damaged photo. So sad because I really regret that this happened since this family portrait is one of my most fond memories of my childhood. We were all part of the wedding entourage of my aunt's wedding. Aunt Malou is mom's beautiful and awesome sister. This printed photo has folded marks and some faded colors, maybe due to improper safekeeping and moisture, since we've moved twice since this picture was taken and printed. So I suggest everyone to properly take care of all your printed photos since these captured moments will never, ever happen again. It doesn't end there, amazing peeps, the memory lives on forever.
